Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou

The hotel and facilities were amazing, with the nicest pool and breakfast in the city. The spacious and comfortable room overlooked the beautiful canal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and many of them spoke English. The amenities were perfect, including a large hot tub. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were helpful and cute. There were multiple restaurants in the area and transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel facilities were excellent including a large pool and a gym with a sauna.

I had an amazing weekend at a hotel with great facilities. The gym and pool were fantastic, making it easy to stay active even while on vacation. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering plenty of international options for everyone's tastes. Plus, the comfortable rooms made it easy to relax and feel at home.

That the hotel was slightly far from the main tourist attractions, so getting around required a bit of taxi travel. However, it was worth it for the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel away from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Located in a bustling area with great restaurant options nearby, this hotel offers a modern room with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. Staff members are attentive and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is a standout feature with a wide variety of fresh and hot options. Guests can enjoy the rooftop bar and garden as well as the swimming pool and spa facilities.

The check-in process can be hectic and slow, depending on the number of guests arriving.

The location was quite far from the city's main tourist attractions, which made it difficult to visit them without a long taxi ride. the overall experience was quite expensive, making it difficult to justify the cost for the distance from the main attractions.

This hotel is a haven of luxury and comfort. the indoor swimming pool and steam room provided exclusive amenities that are a cut above the rest. Alongside the beautiful garden terrace, the spa centre offered a variety of treatments including facials and full body massages. the breakfast selection showcased a vast array of Western food, and the room service breakfast allowed me to indulge in my own time with no rush.

The reception experience lacked the high standard of service that I have come to know from Kempinski Hotels. Whilst the staff were friendly and professional, a delay in attending to our arrival made us feel less welcome.

Modern interiors, comfy bed. Great breakfast buffet, helpful staff. Excellent location near lake and mall. Amazing pool and complete gym.
